Frequently asked questions

I can't log in or forgot my password

Use the Forgot password link on the login screen to reset it by email. If you still can't get in, email support@fleetos.pro and we'll help restore access.

How do drivers and carriers use the mobile app?

Drivers and carriers are invited by their dispatcher and sign in to the FleetOS mobile app to view assigned loads, upload documents (BOL/POD), update load status, and share live GPS location. If an invite didn't arrive, check spam or ask your dispatcher to resend it.

How do I connect my ELD (Hours of Service / tracking)?

In the carrier's HOS / ELD tab you can connect a supported provider (such as Samsara or Motive) or enter an API key. A dispatcher can also send a secure setup link to the carrier to connect it themselves.

How do payments work?

Invoices and payment requests are processed through Stripe. Carriers receive a secure payment link by email and can pay by bank transfer or card — no Stripe account required on their end.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can deactivate your account from your profile settings, or email support@fleetos.pro to request account or data deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
