Terms of Service

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using any part of the FleetOS platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FleetOS.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using FleetOS, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must promptly notify us at support@fleetos.pro of any unauthorized account access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised.

FleetOS is a business platform for transportation and logistics management. You may use FleetOS only for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use FleetOS to store, transmit, or process unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data or system resources.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the platform.
• Resell or sublicense FleetOS to third parties without our written consent.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.

Certain features of FleetOS require a paid subscription.

• Subscription fees are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in your subscription plan.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to your data.

You retain ownership of all business data and documents you upload to FleetOS ("Your Data"). By using FleetOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of Your Data and will not use it for advertising purposes.

FleetOS is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is logically isolated. We implement technical safeguards to prevent cross-tenant data access. You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.

The FleetOS platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Nomad Logistics Dispatch LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use FleetOS as described here.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen circumstances may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

FLEETOS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEETOS AND NOMAD LOGISTICS DISPATCH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FleetOS and Nomad Logistics Dispatch LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account from within the platform settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use FleetOS ends. We will retain Your Data subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within FleetOS. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
